Our simple pricing structure makes it easy for you and your fiancé to stay within your budget. We’ll also decorate, cook, bartend, serve, DJ/manage the music (optional), and cleanup at zero additional cost.

$4,999 Venue Fee

Our simple venue fee covers your entire 5 day retreat and includes dozens of extra benefits at no charge. We allow no questions asked refunds up to 3 months prior to your wedding date (not available if you voluntarily change dates). See the full list of what’s included below.

Food & Drink

Our chef-led kitchens have plate service, meal stations, or buffet options you can choose from. You can also request your own meal/recipe for a custom quote. Open bar, beer/wine with signature drinks, and beer/wine options are available for flat-rate per guest fee. All non-alcoholic drinks (coca cola products, fresh juice, and coffee station) are provided at no cost.

Shuttle (Optional)

Our 40 seater luxury shuttles are available for airport pickups and local destination travel within 3 hours of the venue. These charges vary by location and distance, but typically cost between $36-$49 per guest for roundtrip airport services and $15 per guest for a shuttle day pass (8 hours, unlimited stops to excursions, local adventures, and sightseeing).

Hair Stylist - $99/Person (Optional)

Our wedding day hairstylists are experienced professionals who specialize in creating beautiful and unique hairstyles that enhance your natural beauty and match the overall theme of your wedding.


We’ll work with you to create a personalized look that suits your individual style and preferences. We offer a range of services for brides and bridesmaids, including bridal updos, half-up hairstyles, loose waves, braids, and hair accessories. Our hairstylists use only the highest quality hair products and styling tools to create long-lasting, picture-perfect hairstyles that will withstand even the most rigorous dance floor activities.

Makeup Artist - $99/Person (Optional)

Our professional makeup artists are highly skilled and experienced in creating flawless bridal looks that are sure to turn heads and make you feel confident and beautiful.


Our wedding day makeup services are fully customizable to meet your unique needs and preferences, and we use only the highest quality makeup products to ensure a long-lasting and flawless finish. Whether you’re looking for a natural, understated look or something more dramatic and glamorous, we can work with you to create a look that perfectly complements your style and personality.

Rules for Booking - Potential Fees

Choose to hold between 10-80 guest rooms when you reserve a venue date. If 5 or more rooms are left empty during your wedding, you’ll be charged a $250 fee for each empty room. 

An “empty room” is a room that is reserved for your wedding but not booked by any of your guests. 


You’ll be able to lower this room hold amount by up to 50% four or more months before your wedding and by an additional 25% up to 1 month prior to your wedding. 


For example, if you book a 40 room wedding, you can reduce this by 20 rooms without penalty if you do it 6+ months before your wedding. You can then reduce it by a further 5 rooms (25% of the remaining 20 rooms) up to 1 month prior to your wedding.

You can increase this amount at any time with no penalty (subject to availability). All weddings include free date changes – Subject to availability.

All venue reservations can be refunded up to 90 days prior to your wedding. $500 penalty may apply if you use a referral code.

Off Path Venues does not allow outside catering or beverage vendors.
Rehearsal Food and Drink (Optional)
Reserve a private room at our restaurant or outside on the deck with amazing views (weather permitting). Guests can order from the menu (see venue page for pricing) or you can provide 3-4 options from the list on our food/drink page.
Shuttle Services (Optional)
Please note that guests staying on the property don't need a shuttle to access anything on-site. This is only for airport pickups and excursions in local towns or wilderness areas. Guest can also pay their own shuttle fees as part of individual excursion trips and airport pickup/drop-off requests. Plenty of parking is available on-site for guests that would like to drive themselves.
Hair Stylists (Optional)
Our on-location hair stylists are available for the bride and wedding party. You can also hire a local third party vendor if you'd like.
Wedding Day Makeup (Optional)
Our on-location makeup artists and cosmologists are available for the bride and wedding party. You can also hire a local third party vendor if you'd like.
