Choose to hold between 10-80 guest rooms when you reserve a venue date. If 5 or more rooms are left empty during your wedding, you’ll be charged a $250 fee for each empty room.
An “empty room” is a room that is booked by your guests for only one night or not at all.
You’ll be able to lower this room hold amount by up to 15 rooms at no charge up to 3 months prior to your wedding date. You can increase this amount at any time with no penalty (subject to availability).
