Choose from the following options to serve at your reception dinner. We can also provide a custom quote for menu items at our venue restaurants. Selections can be picked by your guests when they RSVP using our app.  We are also able to accommodate special requests or recipes if you’d like. Whenever possible our ingredients are locally sourced, organically grown, and/or wild caught.

Regular Reception Plate Service

$28 per guest. Choose 2 cocktail hour appetizers (drinks and food served between the ceremony and reception), 3 salads, 3 dinner entrees and 2 desserts to offer your guests. Guests will need to make their selections before arriving via the RSVP process on our app.

Carving Station

This station features a whole roasted prime rib of beef, which is carved to order by our chef. The beef is seasoned with a blend of herbs and spices, slow-roasted to perfection, and cooked to medium-rare. The chef will carve each portion to the guest’s preference, ensuring that each slice is tender and flavorful. The prime rib is accompanied by a selection of gourmet mustards and sauces, as well as freshly baked rolls.
