Requiring 5 day reservations enables us to fill our calendar in the most efficient way possible and offer low prices on all our services. For the time being, we are unable to accommodate shorter events. You may double book an event (10 days)

Our restaurants and bars serve a variety of food options for our guests – from local specialties to kids menus, vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, and keto options. Couples are able to request special meals for their wedding day – basically anything you’d like.

Unfortunately, due to state alcohol laws and liability reasons, you and your guests may not bring alcohol with you to our properties.

No. Due to extreme fire hazard potential on-site and throughout the surrounding natural areas, fireworks are strictly forbidden at Off Path Venues. Guests that set off fireworks are subject to a $500 fine from Off Path and potential state/federal prosecution.

Each Off Path location is equipped with fast satellite internet. Some of our locations also fall within cell phone tower range, but most are completely without cell phone access. Ask your cell phone provider to enable calling over wifi so that you’re always connected.

Full volume music is required to stop at 11pm at most locations. If you’d like to continue the party, our lounges and bars are open later.

An airport shuttle can be arranged on the first and last day of your booking period. Due to the distance from most major airports, we usually can make only two pickups/drop-offs per day. We use a 40 seater shuttle bus that’s very comfortable for your guests. Costs for this service generally start at $2,000 for both pickup and drop-off trips on the first and last day of your wedding retreat.

It depends primarily on how many guests you’ll be hosting, but our average 40 person wedding costs between $7k – $9k. This includes the venue fee, food/drink, and sometimes an airport shuttle.

All restaurants, public areas, and reception domes are ADA compliant and accessible. We also have several ADA accessible rooms available at each venue.

Most of our locations use non-paved path to connect rooms, viewing decks, and other minor facilities, which may prove difficult for those using wheelchairs. Our security team would be happy to help those that need it via golf cart or simply a helping hand.

We don’t have any minimums, but each booking period has a minimum of 10 rooms that need to be booked. If you can’t fill them all, you may be subject to our empty room fee ($250 per empty room for 5 or more empty rooms – no fee if 4 or less empty rooms). The smallest wedding we can accommodate without extra fees would be 6 full rooms (4 empty on a 10 room reservation).

Guest accommodations are NOT included in the venue fee and will need to be booked individually by your guests – just like a regular hotel block.

Off Path Venues provides 100% refunds for cancellations more than 90 days prior to your scheduled wedding. Refunds are not provided within 90 days of your wedding. Refunds are not available after making a date change.

If you booked your wedding using a coupon/reference code, there may be a $500 cancellation fee assessed to your account.

Dog policy
  • 5 rooms are dog friendly at most venues.
  • Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside your accommodation.
  • No Pitbulls or Rottweilers – no exceptions.
  • Additional $25 a night and $250 deposit for rooms with dogs – deposit returned at the end of your stay if no damage occurs.
  • If your dog displays aggressive/dangerous behavior we reserve the right to ask you to leave or remove the dog from the property.
  • You must clean up after your dog – failure to do so may be subject to a $100 penalty per incident. Please use the designated areas for pet relief. We understand that sometimes nature calls at unpredictable times, we just ask that you clean up.

Each Off Path wedding venue has decorative items that you’re free to use. This usually includes a variety of table runners/linens, candles, signs, decorative accents from the local area, driftwood, archways, alters, furniture, and much much more.

We have a lot of greenery, ferns, local seasonal flowers, and more subtle natural accents that you can use for free, but if you’d like something more elaborate  (like centerpiece fresh cut rose bouquets, for example) those would need to be sourced from an outside vendor.

Costs paid to Off Path Venues are simple:

  1. Venue Fee
  2. Food/Beverage Costs
  3. Shuttle costs (optional)
  4. Penalty fees for empty rooms

Other than that, we don’t have any additional fees unless our property is damaged, destroyed, or taken with you when you leave.

Each venue was designed for maximum walkability and convenience. If you can walk 100 yards, you’ll be able to get to virtually every building.
